The Sunlite HB-226 Receiver Bike Rack works on both 1.25″ and 2″ receivers. The Sunlite rack has some convenient features like the tilt rack option for trunk access without removal of the rack, a no wobble bolt that eliminates most play in the rack, and finally the carry arm folds out of the way when not in use.
